You can apply for the TDAC within 3 days before your travel, or you can submit your application earlier, but you will still receive your TDAC within 2 days before your entry. The "within 3 days before travel" includes the day of travel. For example, if you are traveling on January 5th, you will receive your MDAC no earlier than January 3rd.
